TienThuatToan is currently operating a POS validator system with TVS $20M. We are looking for talented candidates to operate the mainnet and testnet validator system.
TienThuatToan was established in 2019 to seek out potential projects and provide the necessary assistance to achieve maximum exposure in the potential Vietnamese market.
It has 5-year experience providing Validating Services to reputable crypto projects, notably Cosmos Hub and Injective. In fact, it is the FIRST and the OLDEST validator in Vietnam. The first block TienThuatToan validated was back in March 6th 2020 for Contentos Network. The total value locked is over $20 millions at the moment.
On the macro level, Vietnam achieved third place in the worldwide rankings for cryptocurrency adoption, as detailed in Chainalysis’ latest report titled The 2023 Global Crypto Adoption Index: Central & Southern Asia Are Leading the Way in Grassroots Crypto Adoption
Additionally, in the Vietnam Crypto Market 2022 report by Binance, it is estimated that over 16.6 million people or 22% of Vietnam’s total population, currently own cryptocurrency. On top of that, a report by Wall Street Journal shows Vietnam ranks among the top 5 countries with highest trading volume.

1/ DevOps – Infrastructure Engineer
We’re seeking a skilled DevOps – Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and build a more secure and efficient blockchain infrastructure.
Description
- Ensure the smooth operation and stability of our Linux servers
- Operate and monitor the existing mainnet validator system
- Install, operate and monitor the testnet validator system
- Make Youtube video tutorials on installing validator node
Requirements
- Have 2 year of experience in the following requirements:
- Linux server system administration
- Working with Docker
- Working with AWS/GCP
- Install and operate system monitoring tools such as Promethues, Grafana
- Install nodes on the ecosystem of Cosmos, Polkadot, Avalanche…
- Strong ability to self-learn and stay abreast of emerging technologies in the field
- Able to work independently and in groups
- Read and understand documents in English well

3/ Blockchain Technical Leader
Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for blockchain and building innovative solutions? We’re seeking a leader to design, develop, and maintain production-grade blockchain software using Cosmos-SDK/IBC/Wasm. You’ll coach junior devs, write technical docs, and champion best practices. A deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and PoS is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must. Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, ship and maintaining production-grade blockchain software
- Produce and review technical designs and reference documentation
- Contribute to team planning, estimation, and roadmapping

Requirements
- Experience developing blockchain applications or working with smart contracts.
- Experience with Cosmos-SDK / Cosmos IBC / CosmWasm tech-stack

- Strong knowledge about blockchains & Proof of Stake
- Strong expertise in Golang with prior experience of building applications in Golang

- You are passionate about blockchain, have used DeFi Apps and believe in the opportunity of decentralization and blockchains to change how the financial world works today.
